Pumpkin Picking 2020
This year we have the pumpkin patch nearer the activity barn, our barn will be open during the holidays and kids will be able to visit the patch and pick a pumpkin. We are not taking bookings this year and it will be on a first come basis. The Shop, Barn and Cafe open from 10.30 to 4.30, Wednesday to Sunday, and will be open bank holiday Monday October 26th (closed Tuesday 27th).
We are only allowed a limited number of people into the activity barn at one time, but the barn is big! There will also be pumpkins available to buy at the shop – available from October 17th and lots of gourds too! Happy Halloween to all from Philip, Rebecca and family.

Children’s Activity Barn
The perfect day family day out is not complete without the sound of happy children. Choose from a range of fun games in our Children’s Activity Barn including Go-Kart racing, Wicklow’s largest indoor beach, Giant Chess, large Connect 4 and lots more. Here adults can have a cup of tea or coffee and relax while the kids play in this very safe area. Visit our friendly farm animals from chickens to llamas as they graze happily on our Animal Walkway too.

Can’t go to the beach in the rain? Well, there’s always Wicklow’s indoor beach! The Activity Barn at Tinahely Farm also offers pedal car tracks, traditional games, ping-pong, foosball and an animal walkway with donkeys, ponies, pot-bellied pigs and goats to pet and feed. With tearooms and a farm shop for stocking up on artisan treats, there’s much to engage parents too.

This place is brilliant for a family day out or a children’s birthday party. I can’t wait to bring my kids back down for the next party.
I have went with my kids several times and I love this place and the kids do too. They love all the go carts and the animals too, there is also a little walk . The Cafe is very nice and has good coffee. We will be back for sure!
